KIREI BY KABUKI
Japan and the Mediterranean, united by fine dining. Customers enjoy a cooking show put on by the sushi chefs while their dishes are being freshly prepared. The kitchen is advised by chef Ricardo Sanz from the Kabuki group, which currently has five restaurants, four with a Michelin star.
Offering: typical Japanese sushi bar specialties with classic recipes for nigiri, sashimi, and maki, as well as soups and vegetables. Food can be ordered to go for passengers in a hurry who want to enjoy their food on the plane.
Opening hours: 12 midday to 11 p.m.
